Looks like they have a finished lower in the white that is only 39.99, if you can find a cheap FFL transfer that's preatty decent. Just need someone to park or duracoat it. or if you are really cheap you can blue it yourself.

While not in the traditional sense it can be done. I've done a cold chemical bluing on aluminum receivers. It's expensive and a pain in the ass, but it exists.
