Guess the wait is over if you’ve been in the market for a brand spanking new Staccato C2 DPO! Only $2299. It’s a deal because it’s available! Didn’t realize Sportsman carried the brand. https://www.sportsmans.com/shooting-gea ... /p/1688614

Yep, saw that today and bought two 16rd mags they had available in anticipation. Just wished they had the threaded model.

Well Sportsman's sent me a 10% off coupon and it's cheaper to buy the non-threaded barrel and buy a Jarvis Drop-in Threaded DLC barrel than buying the Staccato C2 DPO w/ SS threaded barrel. So I saved $230, the price difference between threaded and non-threaded is $300. Jarvis barrel is $347. Math shows I saved $183 doing it this way and I end up with two barrels.
This is my xmas gift to myself this year.

I was so tempted to pull the trigger last night but convinced myself I really don’t need it. Now if there was a 10% off coupon than I can easily convince myself the need is real.
Was this sent out to their explorer rewards points program?

Code I received is one-time use. Unfortunately it will not help anyone out but me. I've noticed whenever you buy something online at Sportman's or leave something in your cart for a period of time (logged in account) they always seem to send me a 10% code which can be used on anything but ammo.
I think I've bought 5 firearms from Sportman's using this method to get 10% off and other than their painfully slow BGC process, it's worth the savings when buying big ticket items.

I wonder if it has to do with how much you spend. What did you spend on the order to get the coupon? I spent $153.70 (including tax)
Also looks like it took 2.5hrs between the time I received the order confirmation for the mags to when I received the 10% off coupon.

Sounds like the gun gods do not want you to own a Staccato P DPO. I see Sportsman's does have the chrome slide model for a $400 premium over the DLC slide still in-stock.

Hey Mustang,
The C2 DPO is still available…Were you trying to order the C2 DPO or the P DPO?

Ok. 2 things Damn this site and thank you to this site..I think..lol.. I see there is 2 c2 duo models available in SW, I tried the one with shorter universal Dawson sights. Then noticed the talker sight model was in stock also So I order a rifle rest yesterday to get the 10% off code Didn’t work yesterday so ended up cancelling the order. Wake up this morning and a 10% off code in my email inbox So try it again Got the order confirmation email And another trick to saving money is using actuvejunky, been doing it for years for gun, auto and pet stuff So 4.5% back at Active junky 10% off code from SW C2 duo after tax and codes said and done $2178 Not bad If you need a link to AJ for a free $5 for each of us https://www.activejunky.com/invite/1825879Got the order confirmation and now to wait, clicked the send to store , says it arrives by the 3rd

Congrrats
If you plan to run a red dot and depending on which red dot you may have to change out the fromt sight. I chose the carry sight version of the Staccato C2 DPO as I will be running a Holosun 507K and Dawson recommends a carry (lower) front sight to co-witness with the sight on the optics plate.

Got the email this afternoon to come in and start the transfer process. It arrived a lot faster than the 12/3 expected date. So anyone else who bought one through Sportsman's may get theirs early as well. Submitted the paperwork and now the wait.
