Watch velocities on some of the syntech stuff, I know at least one load is significantly slower than the fmj alternative.

bought about 250rnds of this stuff right before the Summer of love to feed my 9mm's. Iv'e run it through my pistols and my Aero EPC. No issues. Good plinking ammo if it's cheap enough. Federal also makes a defensive Frangible Syntech in the similar weight and before the price gouging you would see deals of a box of 50 of the defensive loads bundled with 100rds of the syntech all over the place.
