Liability insurance? That one was sponsored by someone from NY. Didn't NY just tell the NRA they could no longer sell exactly this type of insurance in the state?

They can't even figure out how to prevent people from driving without insurance we have to buy underinsured motorist coverage. How are they going to mandate that criminals buy it for their illegal guns???
