I assume MT has 16 years of demonrats governors packing that Supreme Court the same way Inslime does here? What is the plan for doing something about that before college kids return to in-person classes in MT and start voting again?

Interesting news on the use of DNA forensics technology used by detectives solving a 65 year old cold case murder in Great Falls:
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/dna-evidence-used-to-solve-65-year-old-double-murder

Interesting technique using stored forensic evidence from victim's autopsy in 1956 to recently develop a DNA profile of the killer. The killer's surviving family submitted DNA profiles for familial DNA analysis allowing police to identify the now deceased killer.

Hat's off to the persistence and dogged determination of detectives solving this cold case. Great example of police finally bringing some sense of closure to the victim's families in spite of the fact that so much time has passed.

It's amazing how far a song about Elvira has gone

The last song I heard before I fell into a deep slumber at our RV site!

Hey! Who changed the title from "The Montana Thread" to "The Meaningless thread" ?

Hater!
:cussing:

Anyway, Our friends responsible for our living here in the valley took us out on their Tri-toon today.
We visited a Flathead secret we call "Twin Islands". Did some deeper exploration of the islands and found an Eagle perched in a tree.

Here's a short video of the solid granite coming off one of the twin islands.

Obviously we got a mod who merged threads while doing acid.

Montana is certainly not meaningless.

Fixed.

Okay. He's fired.

Now hire me. I obviously got more time on my hands to be a mod.

:thumbsup2:

Thanks for fixing it.

This photo was taken last week.
My nephew (second from the left ). After a year long battle with testicular cancer. Then the covid mess.
One year behind schedule. He is now doing his college internship.

That's awesome!

My son's internship was robbed last year (jr to sr year) by Covid.

Now he's struggling to find work with no internship experience as a Business degree grad. Yeah, there at $17/hr jobs out there, but he wants to utilize his Biz degree + PM skills + LandMan certification (Oil and Gas)

He's had 4 telephone/Zoom interview but two of the four prospective jobs were in Seattle, and he does NOT want to live in that shiphole.

Good thing you did that. I was about to lock it up. Being meaningless, and all... :wink05:
