Client's Home For Sale

Thu Jun 14, 2018 6:39 pm

Did the kitchen about five years ago and when my old computer went T.U. I lost all of the before and after pix.

Now I at least have some of the "after" photos saved from this listing:

Wow, that's a beautiful kitchen. Nice work there, Jimbo.

Zillow app won't load it, just spins and spins.

Edit: works now. Looks nice.

The Kitchen is the nicest part of that entire house, good work man!

Its crazy what $900k gets you these days in that area.

The popcorn is only on the lower level and in the bedrooms.

As part of the kitchen mod, I brought in an asbestos abatement company and tore out the kitchen ceiling and had them scrape the dining room and down the hall. The living room was overlaid.

On one of my more recent jobs I overlaid the whole thing (living room, dining room and kitchen) with sheetrock and finished with a light orange peel.

I just removed all the Popcorn from my house recently. It was built after the Asbestos material days though. I still used a respirator though and plastic sheeted the rooms as I did it.
Messy job, but not difficult to remove as long as it was never painted.

What is the (faux?) wood flooring in the upper level; kitchen, etc.? Looks nice in the photos.

She went to Long's flooring in Issaquah and got something there once the cabinets were in. I had no part in the flooring. Mike was still with Seattle Floors so no joy there.

The pictures look nice but the seams are all puckered. Don't know if it was installation problems, moisture in the house, or her nasty ass incontinent dogs that pissed/shit everywhere.
