Well documented how it failed in the video, astounding they let the cracks fly after moving it. Now iv poured my fair share of concrete from driveways pads roads walls columns and more and there is an old saying "only thing for sure about concrete is it WILL crack" but this is way different. Terrible it happened and I'd say several people need to be fired for there serious lack of judgement. Just my 2 cents. I'm only responsible for me but if I was on that crew and saw day to day progression over traffic I would have told boss man I don't like this let's fix it or I'm gone. Not going to be responsible if this thing falls when I know better and management won't take it seriously. Now there are people who get to live with that on there conscience till there days end. Not being a armchair keyboard engineer, I honestly don't have exsperience with tention systems beyond house slabs but damn
On a lighter note did anyone yell out "HEADACHE!" In the tower industry I think that clears you of fault
