mash man would do some damage to your bumper. #accidentforgiveness

Not if it's a Corvette. Then the bumper would be safe.

Bad news: Thought I was going blind!
Good news: One of the lenses popped out of my glasses, just had to put it back in

Good News: Winco makes their own ceviche, and it's not that expensive.

Bad News: No consistency. One night it's perfectly mixed and seasoned and the next someone dumped it in a container and shook it up, leaving large chunks of crap and no melding of flavors. One night I got enough cilantro to fell a horse (not complaining, I love coriander), and another night, not a leaf to be found...

Copied from the pissed thread so everything makes sense.

Bad news:
Quote:
Come home from the store. Find a business card stuck in the door.
Auburn PD.
Took me two or three times to figure out the scribbling.
"Someone stole your back licence plate off your car."
Please call Det. Clouseau at ######.
I go check my car and sure as shit the back plate is gone.
Inside a condo complex and under a street light facing condo units.
I call... no answer.
I call back... still no answer.

What I'm really pissed at is I DID NOTHING WRONG YET I WILL FOOT THE BILL FOR A NEW SET OF PLATES, REG. & TABS!
WTF???????????????????????

Update,
Good news:
Plate recovered by one of Auburn's finest.
On hold at the tow yard.
All I have to do is go pick it up!
:wagwoot:

Det. said the "smart" thieves find a clean, (mine), car matching the stolen one hiding in their garage.
My plates are clean so if they are just driving down the road nothing shows up on the cops laptop. That way they have more time to do whatever asshole thieves do.
These guys only lasted two days before getting popped.
I haven't driven my car for two days meaning they stole the rear plate on Christmas.
The Det. didn't tell me why they got stopped but I'm glad the officer was very observant when checking the paperwork.
The Det. also told me they usually destroy the plate right away but since there was only one, in my name, they told the tow company to hold it until I picked it up.

That's excellent.
1. Why do they usually destroy the plate right away?
2. If that's normal practice, but they held yours for (?) a kudos to whoever asked the tow company to hold it for you. :wagwoot:

Good news:
The lot owner of lot 21 next to us in MT cannot add on lot 25, per the legal office of Montana DEQ as part of the shared well agreement. Lot 25 is 30 acres and stands alone. It cannot be added to the shared well agreement between our lots.
Bad news:
We're back to square one, my attorney negotiating with the lot 21 owner's attorney (he's from Boston) trying to get a fair and equal SWA.

It's not stopping us from moving, but it has stalled putting the foundation of the house in and get things going.
Not going to do it until there is a shared well agreement which we both have paid for.

Good: Great flight home, and t-shirt weather.
Bad: Get home, and my key doesn't work, managers key didn't work either. Maintenance guys key works fine, wtf? Litter box was overflowing. Cat messed up the blinds, and one ran out while bringing my bags in. In the process of catching the little furball I may have lost a little blood. Everything started out so well, and then it went to crap in 5 mins.
Good: Found a way around the checked bag fee.

...and the hits just keep on coming.

Went out to get the mail. Hmmm... City of Puyallup?
Photo division.
Dec. 22
Close up of my license plate and another from the car it was on.
Different year, different color.
Fine amount $124
Now I have to spend time trying to straighten this shit out.
I haven't seen the video yet because at this point I DON'T GIVE A FUCK!
The only good thing is I still have the detective's phone number who should be able to help. I hope.
If this is what I.D. theft is like, just shoot me. I wouldn't want to go through that for nothing.

Doooood . . . that's AWFUL. :angryfire:

Yeah, *hopefully* it will be an easy fix since you already have a police report about the plates. Hopefully.
