Replacement parts in your vintage are tough to find. A "minor" fall led to my present miseries, was a complete invalid for awhile and am lucky to have recovered to the extent I have. Get better soon. Thank you Brother Traut! My vintage... How "minor" was your fall? Doesn't sound minor at all. My brush with gravity dropped me through a hole while holding about 100 pounds, and my left glutes halted my rush towards the earth while still holding the load. I have never blacked out (that I am aware of) but the rolling waves of "you're still alive!" signal from my ass cheek almost took me out. I laughed even as it was happening. It felt like someone took a baseball bat and with a good windup tried to drive one into stands through my ass cheek. I still can't walk straight.

Good News : The garden is slowly getting whipped into shape. Bad News : 5 years of us living mostly away allowed the weeds to get deep roots in that good soil. I am going to have to put down a weed barrier or something like that. They're powerful critters!

A cowgirl rides by on a horse, and stops in front of us. We make small talk, I flirt a little, learn she's riding into town. I ask her if she can pick me up a six pack. An hour later, here she comes, six pack hanging from the saddle horn. She smiles, just like this girl. "Hey", she says. "Hey", I say back. My wife drives up.

Bad News: Illegal aliens complain of poor conditions at US holding centers, and don't want to leave without their "children". Good News: ICE now has Anchor Baby Buses
