So the Feb issue of American Rifleman arrived in my mailbox early last week. Then the Jan issue arrived at the end of the week - on Saturday. WTF? So I can understand the USPS being backed up, but shouldn't it work that first in would be delivered first?
Guess I shouldn't complain. Saw a news story the other day where a letter from a WWII soldier just got delivered. |
