NRO official video on assembly and launch of Delta IV rocket carrying NROL-71 satellite payload in 2019 from Vandenburg AFB, CA. The USAF maintains a West Coast launch complex at Vandenburg for classified payloads.
Pretty cool video showing shipment/arrival of major components, rocket & payload assembly, and finally launch. Pretty interesting if you're a fan of the US space program.

At 4:35, that massive flame that went all over the rockets and left that giant scorch mark . . . could that possibly be normal?? Seemed like an "oh shit" moment to me.

Yeah that was surprising. Apparently it's a side-effect of the Delta IV main engine design. Here's a cool video on the hydrogen burnoff that causes the fireball:
You were probably thinking it was going to turn into something like the 1997 Delta II fireball

Yeah the Delta II explosion was epic, occurring right over the launch pad and raining the control center with massive chunks of flaming debris. Yikes. That's the thing about rocket launches. When they start to seem routine, one fails and reminds everybody that rocket science really is no cakewalk and that the whole business is just damn dangerous.
When you think about it, either astronauts or incredibly expensive payloads sit atop what can only be described as controlled and sustained bombs.
