I'll be up against a guy that can make 40 ft putts look easy. By the 6th hole you'll be swearing like the boys who run waguns when something gets corrupted...................... Golf. I swear I can go from the most satisfied SOB on the planet to a guy in the gutter on a single hole. Sounds like some "love" relationships too........................

That was me too when I played only a couple times a year. Since retirement, I've lowered my handicap significantly due to the free time I have to work on my game. We play 4 times a week in the winter. $500 for a couple each month, unlimited play. I also been hitting the driving range 2 times a week, which has a chipping/putting green for practice. I don't know how those pros do 8 hrs of practice a day. I'm good for an hour and done during practice. Well, I should say my back is done!

So this all started right before I had to drive her down to Evergreen medical for an internal exam. I didn't say much. We spent last night at the shitty Hampton in Woodinville. We hit the Target for antihistamine once I figured it out.

It's the small things in life.
Today while getting into my car I heard a voice, "Thank you". I had look around until I saw the older gentleman in his car parked in front and over one from me. "Thank you for your service." Took me a second to realize he saw my plates. US Navy. Says I, "Thanks for noticing."
