Maybe he could use a roommate - say... maybe a currently homeless electronics tech/truck driver that hangs around certain gun forums and likes big military trucks? My daughter will be renting/landlord the house. No room for a five ton unfortunately. To be freaking honest I would prefer a weeny renting a room in my house over my son. That's the only squatter I'm worried about. Can't find an Apt in this area for less than $900, so he gets a room for $400.

I'm keeping my house in Oly. For the simpler, more relaxed way of life. Not necessarily OK but I’d be happy anywhere I could get a lifetime hunting license for $25.

The ability to locate my car, lock/unlock, and set the headlights/horn off seemed like an overkill app. My daughter borrowed my car to go to Yellowstone. I had a little fun with that app.
