The HOA finally removed a dangerous tree, and the roots that were ruining the yard and encroaching on our foundation.

1 headache/hassle gone :thumbsup2:

Woke up to a pair of gunshots out in the street at 02:30 this morning, went back to sleep resigning myself to another probable window replacement this week. Got up this morning and discovered no damage! Yaaaay!

Just realized I should have been more specific in that post. I meant window in my van. It's the only vehicle parked outside on this block, so it's an obvious target. I did not mean to insinuate I expected my home to be targeted.

Almost pulled the trigger on a Clam Quick Set Pavilion - model outdoor screen tent with built in "Roll up" wind flaps to replace our weather beaten 10x15 King Canopy here in TX.
Neighbor overhears me talking to another neighbor and sez "Hey, I got that screen tent, it's yours for $250 (they cost $490 new).

Set it up, fantastic! Used ONCE by neighbor when they bought it last year.
score!

Excellent!
I'm back up to warming up at 185 lbs bench and finishing at 225lbs, 4x10 set.
I've put on 20 lbs since May 2021. (I don't gain weight unless I work out)
At 62 years old, the miracle drug for me is a keto diet (for the most part) and glucosamine.

I messed up and never updated my "Google pay" shipping address. Ordered a couple expensive items, but they were delivered to my old address in Tacoma. Bummer and a half, but my own damn fault.

Last night I got a call from a random Washington number...the current home-owner. Said he'd opened the box before realizing it wasn't addressed to him. But got my number and billing address from the invoice. He's gonna fed-ex them to me this week!
