Anyway, this one is more disciplined. The clientele, equipment condition, overall atmosphere, programs, and of course the instructors are top notch. The training regimen is much more rigorous and rewarding. Since Monday evening, I've already spent 4.5hrs getting my sessions in. It costs a little bit more than the previous gym. I can already tell I'm getting my money's worth from it. My back, overall, feels so much better! Sitting around and feeling sorry for myself was doing more harm than being active.
