My Ex Wife had a Cat that did that....I had my carpet cleaned in that spot twice, provided a clean box and it still did it. It got to the point where i had to cut out the sub flooring and replace it to get rid of the smell and stop the Cat from doing it. Fuck that shit. There are no more Cats allowed at my House. Since you have more than one box, and they are clean, likely possibilities are bladder infection, urinary tract infection, or struvite crystal... Once they decide they need to go, they just don't quite make it due to lack of control... Figure out which one, & get it to the vet... Ours was a struvite crystal...had the surgery, then changed the diet.... If the Cat is doing it in the same spot, then it's not an issue you mentioned brother. The really poorly named product "Anti Icky-Poo" will dissolve and get rid of the stuff a cat can smell that makes them go to the same spot each time.
Another possibility for cats not using the litterbox is stress. |

People who think they have the right to see 6 miles in front of their car, even though oncoming traffic can see NOTHING at all because of the blasted floodlights right in their eyes!
