I would call a local fire department. Campers are used as meth labs. It might make a good practice burn or for victim recovery practice. Otherwise private gravel pits use all kinds of fill material.

Drag it down to Seathole and leave it for the bums to live in.

Up were we go shooting some one dropped of a slide in camper still in half way decent condition. Tomorrow I'll contact the sheriff department for legal paperwork to dispose of it. If it isn't gone soon it will be a PIA to load it up.
Just another part of keeping trash off of DNR land. I'll be organizing another pit clean up at the Suaittle River Road pits here shortly.

I kinda feel like someone could make a business out of scrapping campers and converting the chassis into trailers. I'm sure there is good government money to be had since you are taking things that they cant get rid of and recycling it.

I'm sure there is good government money to be had since you are taking things that they cant get rid of and recycling it. I recycled a 20' travel trailer a while ago. Had a few hundred bucks worth of aluminum in it. One axle I gave to a friend (if you every see 'Da Van that know "The Man" pulling a BBQ, that's my axle under the BBQ...). The other I sold on craigslist, can't remember how much I got for it. The frame itself was pretty flimsy, it would have taken a lot of reinforcement to make it work as a flatbed That camper probably has $100-150 worth of aluminum. Of course you'd have to get rid of the rest

Got it taken care of yesterday. I went over to the snohomish county sheriff north precinct yesterday and got the ball rolling. They are going through the process and with have the Snohomish county solid waste go pick it up. Alot easier then dealing with it myself.
