leaves it loaded and unattended. Two small children find it and play with it. One child shot. One commenter noted that prosecutors haven't charged the 18 y.o. with all of the violations occurring. Comments are trolled by "SeattleLiveMusic" idiot who is attempting to politicize the crime(s) and tragedy. https://komonews.com/news/local/federal ... r-in-head#

Komo turned commenting on their stories back on probably because their readership and click stream count was tiny. Too little too late. Even after Sinclair bought them they're still work so they'll go broke.

Some of the responses there are the "law abiding gun owners" that want to throw the book at the young man for not obeying unconstitutional gun laws (under 21yo, private sale, no background check). What they should have done was to suggest that firearms safety and marksmanship training be a requirement for K-12 education system.
The NRA's Eddy Eagle video for young children should be viewed by elementary school children. Firearms handling, marksmanship training should be a requirement for middle school, junior high school students. Hunter's education should be a requirement for high school diploma unless the parents object for their children, in which case they can fill out required paperwork to opt out.
