Sounds like some of the locals were drive-bying each other in the parking lot. Of course, anytime there's a shooting near a crowd, media immediately jumps to "Active Shooter In The Park."

The other car in the video had a dash cam....
They were fighting in the streets... Dude was going 100+ MPH, so they'll get him for that....contributory negligence at best, most likely vehicular manslaughter.
