Not every subject matter expert is a real subject matter expert. Hiring an armorer for media production does not guarantee they are as well versed in every facet of firearms operation or ammunition design as they may appear to be.
Ever hire someone you found out later wasn’t very good at their job? Shit happens. Sometimes the shit is real. Add in the possibility of fully functional non-prop arms and live ammo being used in the off time at a real range and multiply by some confusion, chaos, and general disorder that is out there in every industry and it’s a wonder more people don’t get injured or killed during filming. The industry is pretty good at what they do but accidents happen sometimes. |

So there has been SOME news on this.
His ass is being sued.............and shit leaking out now. REALLY does look like he screwed the goat this time. BALDWIN fairly cleared loaded, pointed and pulled the trigger with some scene coming up that required non of these actions. _________________ Why does the Penguin in Batman sound like a duck? What a stooge. He’s an actor...just had to have enough time in hiding for scriptwriting, and rehearsal of lines to be done. It was a single-action period piece, he would’ve had to have cocked the hammer. He’s also trying to say he would never point a gun at anyone.  |
