After graduating in 2018 from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Public Interest Fellow, Tanesha worked as the Director of Organizing and Community Building for Families Against Mandatory Minimums, a criminal justice reform advocacy organization based in D.C. There, she led a team of organizers to help community members turn the resources they had into the power they needed to create change at the local level.
While attending law school, Tanesha clerked for the Poverty & Race Research Action Council, where she conducted research on race and equity in education. As a student attorney with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, Tanesha provided direct representation to clients appearing before the United States Parole Commission. Tanesha also was a Holley Law Fellow with the National LGBTQ Task Force, where she researched and drafted criminal justice and economic policy.
Two women accused of ramming their car into a crowd of people at a Maryland Taco Bell after a dispute with the cashier over their drive-thru food order and then fleeing the scene have now been identified and charged with attempted murder and assault.
In a news release Tuesday, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office identified the driver as Tanesha Renea Williams, 25, of Waldorf, and her passenger as Diamond Shanay Johnson, 28, also of Waldorf.
The incident happened at the Taco Bell on Smallwood Drive in Waldorf, Maryland, shortly before 10 p.m. on March 31.

Waldorf was getting crapped on from PG county when I left almost 15 yrs ago. I can only imagine how ghetto it has become.
The CCSO had something like 6 deputies on duty, for the entire county, and was the major police agency, with backup from state police.

The Biden administration announced Monday that it had reached agreements with the governments of Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala for those countries to increase enforcement against migration toward the United States border.
Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary, said the three countries have increased their numbers of police and troops in an attempt to keep migrants, including families with children, from making a dangerous trip north. ... The announcement of the agreements echoed several made by the Trump administration. In the summer of 2019, President Donald J. Trump agreed to drop his threat to impose tariffs on Mexico after the country agreed to send thousands of troops to intercept migrants making their way north to the border with the United States.
Why Biden not labeled a xenophobic nationalist?
