Their reasoning is bogus. Nationality =/= ethnicity.

Yes, the source is a noxious liberal puke bag, that said, this is showing how the tech giants are all in for Biden and will put every thumb they have on the scales to silence Trump and also help Biden.

Dude don't link to Huffpost.

Today Reddit finally banned https://reddit.com/r/the_donald
Nobody had posted to it in like 5 months as it was on lockdown after the reddit admins banned a bunch of the mods.

We've known for years that reddit was going to ban it before the next election. That's why everybody moved to https://thedonald.win months ago.

The liberal companies are out to silence all conservatives.

The virtue signalling rings hollow.

Ban, block, stop, suppress.............these companies are no better morally than eBay, Wells Fargo, Facebook, etc

Private businesses making decisions on behalf of their shareholders is bad now?

Hmmm. I coulda sworn a bunch of you said you loved the free market and minimal government intervention in the actions of business.

Perhaps I was mistaken. My bad.

How come all you ever do anymore is post stuff slamming the site, or the people who use it?

Oh, unless you’re trying to sell something, of course, then we’re okay people...

That's a shockingly good summary.

Who am I slamming? No names mentioned. No one quoted.

I’m pointing out the hypocrisy...as I always have. Nothing new...but it appears folks are just more sensitive these days.

Straw man much? You said “a bunch of you”, and I asked, why do you slam people who use the site...my point stands, both in this case, and any check of your post history.

Your lack of awareness on the subject is clear, though you’re still trying to play the condescending attitude card...

These entities have certain privileges and protections due to being under the rubric of utilities; when they start deciding what ‘truth’ is, and who has the right to say it, they become ‘editors’, which violates the standards of being a public utility.

It would be better for the whole country if all social media outlets banned him, he would have half a chance of getting re-elected.

So I’m really curious NWgunner you’re literally explaining why net neutrality is a good thing in your argument and why we should treat these mega corporations and internet in general should be treated as a utility yet there were lots of threads against net neutrality here.

For the record, I completely agree with you.

That’s an odd statement, to me.

I didn’t infer good, or bad; I simply stated that if they have the protection, then they don’t get to violate the standards of that protection when it suits them.

I also can’t answer for, nor do I attempt to represent, “lots of threads against net neutrality here”...

I was responding to one post, by one poster, based on his statement.
