If you are stopping for gas, food, or fuel on the only gas station/hotel in Wyoming at night, can they refuse service arbitrarily?
It seems ok when there is a multitude of choices, but when choices get whittled down to a few, then we have less choice. Remember when we had lots of airlines? Now we have a few, and fewer in smaller airports. What happens when you get kicked off the major carrier at a nearby airport? We have a specified "mandate" by the governor, not a law. Even those with medical conditions like myself with no apparent symptoms are still denied service in places open to the public that sell food, based on the whims of the property owner. When confronted, they say I must use curbside service, if they have it. Some do not offer curbside service or attach unreasonable fees. |

You can choose whether to wear a shirt and shoes into a business. Can't really go back to the car and get your change of race and skin color. |
