I know some of us have more idle time than we know what to do with and some are working overtime, and some are like me, all my free time is gone because I now have little kids at home all week. I have heard some people say they are able to take care of some stuff they haven’t been able to get to for a while. Anyone got some cool projects they are finally getting to? I figure something positive would be nice and maybe help motivate some folks to take advantage of this golden opportunity to clear their plate. Pics welcome. I got nothing at the moment, but that has the change or I will lose my marbles.

I finally ordered a night stand thing. Those usually ship with signature required. Because I'm WFH now I can receive those things. Finally.
It was from ashley furniture. No more controllers, cables and tablet around the edges of the bed.

I will also clean the garage with hopes to keep both cars in. If things go crazy I don't want to leave anything outside.
Ah and finally will assemble that bike I have on its box since.... last year?

Business as usual here. no sign of us closing.

If we did I would hope to push forward on my mustang project a bit. Double edged sword though as still nee to buy parts for it and last thing I want to do is use my limited disposable funds for toys when things are a bit squirrly. I could always just go after the interior work on the project though. I have 99% of that if not all of it onhand...

Well that sucks. I had heard ‘Hardware Stores’ was an exempted business and would be allowed to remain open. Hope my Lowe’s stays open...

IF I get any time off, I’d like to paint, re-trim and floor my downstairs.

It was packed this morning. Lots of DIY types getting small stuff for projects

Semis were lined up to make deliveries too. Not sure if that's normal or not

ETA - They changed their closing time to 6:00 pm. I wonder if that guy thought they were closing for good at 6

I mistakenly said I wasn’t getting anything done. I am getting some much needed time with my girls. Priceless.

NO time off but with the weather getting better i started on demolishing a shed that i inherited with the house.
it had a shitty roof on it so i put new plywood and roofing on when i moved in.
it served well for these last 3 years but i want to tear it down to make room in the back for bringing in 2 20' containers and doing something like this

Image

use 1 for storage/whatever and making a nice sauna in the other, parking the boat under the cover, storing firewood there and whatnot

I need to organize my garage with shelves and labels and figure out where I put all my reloading parts. Then figure out how the hell to reload again.

Also need to install a wired security camera system I bought last year. Haven't been looking forward to drilling in the attic though.
