Mayor Dumbkan just extended the eviction ban into March and possibly indefinitely and is applying it to ALL evictions, not just multi-property landlords.

I forsee many landlord inspections happening and evictions proceeding under circumstances other than rent, which is allowed. |

That will really help stop the spread of the virus, forcing landlords to visit their properties and dig around for "inspections" when their tenants stop paying rent.

Seathell already limits how many apartment buildings can convert to condo per month, that law was enacted years ago when the first draconian anti-rent laws began.

Seattle is now approaching 2 years of no requirement to pay rent. Keep in mind before the pandemic they banned evictions in winter at the end of 2019.
