Cops go to hospital room to seize a cellphone, with no warrant, and assault and then arrest a man because he refuses to surrender the phone. They then charge him with obstruction and resisting arrest.
Yes, they violated his rights, then charged him with obstruction because he didn't want them to violate his rights, then charged him with resisting arrest for resisting the unlawful arrest from the illegitimate charge of obstruction, just so they can seize his cellphone.
Why can't BLM go hunt down these cops? Instead they gotta yell about a girl that gets shot as she's trying to stab someone? WTF.

Officer takes fire, struck in his dominant hand, gets back in the fight and ends the threat.
Weapon is malfunctioning due to him trying to shoot with his hand that was shot.

And M&P isn't shitty. Dude got shot in the hand and couldn't get a firm grip on the pistol. You know, limpwristing will make any blowback operated firearm, malfunction. It relies on the pistol frame staying still while the action slides backwards and forwards.

Get their name, have someone look them up (takes a minute or 2) ask them if they support free speech, they'll of course respond 'yes', tell them their own address and say you bet you'll get to their house before they do, to 'protest'....
Watch the panic and realization set in that they're not invincible.
It's pretty sad that you'd need overwatch to prevent yourself from being kidnapped.... by the police.

Yup.I posted about it here when it happened.
He was breaking up a fight.
Campus police ( I think it was) rolled up.
The gun fell out of his holster, and he reached down to pick it up.
Cops shot him with no warning, no announcement, in his back, less than 2 seconds after dropping it.
It's fucked up, to say the least.

Dude was passed out in the street, TPD ran him over.
TPD was quick to say 'he was checking emails, and he's exempt from the distracted driving law'...

No. An officer pointed his gun at him, and discharged his weapon. It was intentional. There was no 'accident' about it.
