Not sure what you saw but I read that he's still a top 64 NFL QB and a scout from an NFC team said that his football ability is obviously NOT why he's not playing currently.

Among other stuff

Can you post the article you read from that scout? I don't see how anyone could get a real read on his ability from watching him throw passes to people on a High School field with no real NFL Level scenario from video i saw.

Oh come on now. Put Sherman back in a Seahawks uniform and Crapadick will hit him every time.

Scouts were tweeting it live during his workout. Phenomenal arm, but he missed lots of throws. Thats kinda a big deal when you have no defenders :ROFLMAO: Same old Kap.

Hes not a top 64 qb, if he was he would be playing. Hes a one dimensional qb, read option or nothing. End of story.

I don't see anything other than a PR stunt with him trying to control the entire process. He has an agenda, and it's not to be an NFL QB again. Just my .02, YMMV

People tend to forget thay he opted out of his last year of his deal in hopes of a bigger deal. When he played like crap, got hurt and had the anthem issue, his career went south quick.

Hes a one trick pony

He also declined to sign with Denver for a reported 12 Mil salary. After going 1-11 and with all the drama, he thought he was worth more.

One of the things that kept coming out when he was first without a team, was that he couldn't hit those odd, long sideline passes in the flat, like with a two minute drill.

Teams were reporting that, to have a back-up quarterback that can't execute those sideline-out passes that are required during a two-minute drill at the end of a game, was pointless...

Teams like Seattle, & others, tried to see if that was true by bringing him in, but he was so difficult, & created so much drama just to show up, most bailed.

Most teams will work with a top-flight talent who's a diva...but not for a #2

Its comical how some of these media idiots are acting like he was on top of his game when all the anthem crap happened. Truth is he was hurt in '15, and had a TERRBILE season in '16 and left over $15 million on the table by opting out. This one is solely on him, and whatever dumb ass agents he had at the time.

Did someone post this because I missed it:

“49ers CB Richard Sherman was fined $28,075 for unnecessary roughness for lowering his head to initiate contact on his big hit of Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett in the second quarter,” NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport tweeted. “No flag was thrown.”

He could be a decent backup QB. Backups get you to 8-8 at best.

His circus is what keeps him off rosters. Prettt evident.

I remember the hit, No E lowered his head instinctively and they sunsequently hit helmet to helmet. I dont believe it was intentional by Sherm but this day and age, the NFL is trying to make it flag football.

His circus, and being a one trick pony at QB is what has kept him from the NFL.

He had offers from the Denver Broncos initially, and even the CFL but turned them all down. He is a entitled baby, and is getting a dose of what he exactly deserves.

Don't forget the Seahawks were flexed out of Sunday night game to a morning game. Don't want you guys to kiss your game on Sunday.
