I'll say this unequivocally, you could out right fire half of Federal workers and no one would notice. I moved to fire someone once. Did the paperwork. Instituted the performance improvement plan (PIP). The day after I told her that she failed the PIP, which means she's got about two weeks to go before OGC actually fires her, she resigned. Then she sued for constructive termination and claimed a hostile work environment. I got raked across the coals for four years. The pussy judge notified her in advance that she was going to lose on 27 of 27 counts so she dropped her suit with prejudice the day before issue. That's the kind of people the .Gov hires. Was it before Sales Force got implemented?

Was it before Sales Force got implemented? I responded to your PM - I'm not sure. Case started in 2015 and finished in 2019. Sales Force did not impact us day-to-day. Any changes were behind the curtain so to speak. It was was one of those things you heard about and then <crickets>. No offense to anyone here, as I know there are a lot of .Gov contractors on this board - but every single time I had to deal with contractors in my 32 years, they were worthless. Yeah, I met some good people, but the companies were always bottom feeders that just added an unnecessary layer while fucking their staff over. As bad as the .Gov is, I think for the vast majority of projects I saw or dealt with - they could do it in-house better and cheaper. To that effect, I never did a cost-benefit analysis on one that demonstrated otherwise.

The Senate passed the "Fiscal Responsibility Act" which hasn't a thread of fiscal responsibility in it? What ever the pols say, it means the opposite (e.g. "I believe in gun ownership") Anyway, it's on to FJB's desk for signing. Meanwhile the dems are saying: "We rolled them" (the R's) https://thefederalist.com/2023/06/01/de ... dium=emailWhen does the freedom caucus recall the fragging traitor McCarthy? I knew he was a f^ck when they installed him.
