I simply cannot understand why businesses think focusing on social justice issues, such as composition of "people of color" and percentage of women in the company is more important than a good business plan and execution of the said good business plan. This NPR is a prime example, at this point of time, they're looking oblivion in the face; and yet they're quoting these social stuff instead of communicating how they're moving forward todays profitability.
My employer has some employees who does the same thing, they focus on things like social work at the expense of customers and they get all surprised and pissed when they're laid off. |
