Mom actually spoke with him last night. Not enough time for the bloat to set in

I don't really want to comment much more about this till tomorrow and maybe start a thread in the NSFW section. Although I had interacted with this guy several times I really didn't know him. Mostly I was in and out, fixing things while trying to respect his space and time

Tomorrow I'm going to be working a few houses down on my place. If the parents are around I'll see what I can do to help, also want to assess what the place is going to need. I don't trust servpro, they like to rip out drywall and do a $$$hitty job replacing it. Also want to let the parents know that it doesn't need a complete makeover. The guy had lived in that apartment for close to 8 years, it would need to be painted when he moved out regardless

I’m up 50k in Burien for this piece of shit. When I get the balls I’ll sell and move to Florida and be living fucking large. Have the option to stay virtual in the company with no pay adjustment :).

Maybe living next to the vagine is paying off

Imagine what the hike would be if he weren't there

So I gotta now be nice to him cuz hes keeping my taxes lower?

Aaaaargh!

Theres actually a way to freeze your taxes if youre over a certain age and below a certain income....its on the back side of the green assessment card.

Follow up...

Talked to the coroner and apparently the guy had a seizure from too much alcohol and sliced his head open. Gashes big enough that he bled out

Doesn't sound intentional. Still incredibly sad

Agreed, sorry to hear that.

Sounds kind of strange they think it’s so bad Servpro needs to be called.

Maybe they want his deposit back ? :wink05:

I think it was pretty bad. The parents thought he exploded because there was so much blood

That morning Mom showed me a picture of a puddle in the basement. From the pictures it looked like it was dripping from the lines going to the AC unit. Seemed odd that it was red but I don’t know what’s in the new AC units so didn’t think anything of it. Told her to call the HVAC guy

Turned out it was blood that had seeped through the floor
