Howdy. Thanks for having me. Some great people I know suggested I get more active here so that's what I'm doing.

I've been shooting for 55 years, though I was away from it for about twenty years and only seriously got back in about 18 months ago.

My interests are S&W Revolvers, Remington pump shotguns, Savage rifles, and ARs.

My calibers are .22, .38, .357, .223 Rem/5.56, 6.5mm Grendel, and .300 Blackout. 12-gauge for shotguns.

I'm just getting started in reloading. I have all my gear and am in the process of building my bench.

My target shooting tends to be practical, though I am just getting started with multiple targets, variable range, shooting from barricades, and so on.

I'm here to learn, to meet people, and to contribute however I can. It would be cool to meet some people interested in going shooting together too.

My short term needs are to find some good places to shoot outdoors. I know about the Darrington pit. I've read about a pit near Granite Falls that has all sorts of problems. I also saw something about a pit in Sultan but don't know anything about it. I'm more than willing to travel a little farther or down bad roads to find a place where I can shoot safely. Or at least as safe as possible at in informal range.

So thanks for having me. I'm looking forward to hanging out.

Welcome! Those are my native stomping grounds, though I moved away as a teenager.

You may enjoy the S&W Info Thread I did a couple of years back: /viewtopic.php?f=8&t=107128

And, of course, if you have any interesting S&Ws you're trying to sell...

Thanks, I'll check it out. I'm down to one S&W right now; a Model 19 that needs to be fixed.

I love this. Forget listing your pronouns, I'm gonna start listing my calibers. "Hi, I'm Jacy, my calibers are 9mm/.300Blk"

And welcome to forum!!
