Hi! I recently moved to WA and I’m looking forward to being part of the firearms community here. I made it here just before of the mag ban, though I guess we’ll see how long that lasts. I’m a big fan of cz pistols and target shooting outdoors. I’m an avid hiker too and looking forward to spending lots of time exploring the state.

Welcome to the party. Don't forget to vote like your gun rights depend on it, because they very much DO!

What have YOU done to defend your gun rights against the idiots in DC and Olympia today?

Thanks! I’m looking forward to poking around the site and soaking up all the useful info.
I took a short trip to the Olympic Coast and then Hurricane Ridge the other day. Other than that, lots of day hikes within an hour drive of Federal Way. North Bend has been nice.

You had me at "CZ pistols"! Love 'em! And the rifles too!

I haven’t actually tried any of the cz rifles yet. I imagine they’re top notch like their pistols.

I had an excellent outdoor range nearby before I moved, so I’m hoping to find one not too far from Federal Way now. I haven’t tried any in the area yet. Shooting at an indoor range just isn’t the same…

A bit late, but that seems to be normal for me. Either way, welcome to WA and the forum. Apologies that you had to relocate here during this period of fighting garbage gun laws, but hopefully the state will come back around. We used to have some of the best gun laws in the nation.

CZs are amazing. You get brownie points for mentioning how great they are.

Haha, no worries. I’ve been to an indoor range like twice in my life. Luckily we have some some excellent outdoors in WA.

Thank you! I sure hope the state won’t enact any more asinine laws.

I sold most of my other handguns after I bought my first CZ so I could by more CZs haha. Eventually I’ll probably just have a S&W revolver, a S&W 22lr, and a bunch of CZs haha.

That sounds like an awesome plan, BUT you have to have at least one 1911 in there!

That is true! I’ve had a few over the years but I’m currently 1911less. Once I get my CZ fix I’ll probably be on the lookout for a keeper 1911 to add to the collection.
