So far, I have the following firearms:
1) Ruger GP100 6in in 357 Mag 2) Sporting Mauser Gew 98 (made in 1917) w/ Remington RA-2-44 barrel chambered in 30-06 SPRNG 3) Browning X-Bolt Hell's Canyon Speed in 308 Win 4) Tikka T3X Lite in 300 Win Mag 5) CZ 457 Lux in 22 WMR (go this one 3 days ago and still haven't shot it) 6) Henry All Weather Stainless Lever Action in 45-70 Gov
I love all my firearms and to me they are all favorite. However, because of ammo prices, I shoot mostly my X-Bolt and Ruger GP100 since I am able to get easily 308 Win and 38 Special ammo at reasonable price. I wish I could as easily get 300 Win Mag and 45-70 Gov ammo, so I shoot those maybe once a months. My sporting Mauser is lately collecting dust even though it is a great rifle and probably will last longer than any other firearms that I have. I am convinced that my Mauser will still work great for another 100 years at least. Old Mauser are made to last forever. I made some changes to my Tikka because I did not like too much plastic on it, so I replaced all the plastic parts with Mountain Tactical metal parts (trigger guard, recoil lug and bolt shroud). I am having a hard time to buy some more 300 Win Mag ammo for it.
I am relatively new to firearms since I am not an American citizen and was not allowed to legally own weapons until I finally received my Green Card (legal permanent residency) 5 years ago. As soon as my Green Card arrived in mail, I went to a gun shop and purchased my first firearm. I did grow up with Yugo and German Mausers, and I also served in a military (artillery coordinator) in early 90s (I am an Eastern European and most of Eastern Europeans of my age served in military because military service was compulsory). I was born and grew up in Croatia (at the time it was part of former Yugoslavia) and since I was from a country side, most houses have one or two old Mausers that were used for hunting and target shooting. We even had to take defense classes in high-school and learn about weapons and how to use them. I remember we went to a shooting range at the end of every semester and had to hit at least 5 of 10 at 100 meters in order to get passing grade. The best shooter in my class was a girl and she was nailing 10 of 10 every time. Therefore, firearms and shooting always bring good memories from my childhood and teenage years. That might be one of the reasons I got back into it as soon as I was legally allowed here in the US.

Nice arsenal! Check that GP100 . . . it looks like a 4" barrel to me. I have one with a 6" barrel and I freaking love it! I used to have one with a 4" barrel, and that was really nice too. And that Henry, omg, beautiful!

Today I purchased a piece of my childhood, a Yugo Mauser M48 with all matching parts in amazing condition. Bore looks new-like and blueing is amazing. Here are some picture. I was not planning on this purchase, but as most of my other rifles, they found me and I could not say NO.
