My carry 1911's PVD finish is wearing pretty unflatteringly. I usually like scratches and scuffs but not really in this case. Since the frame and slide are stainless steel, I'm flirting with the idea of having them bead blasted to bare metal and produce a finish at least in passing resemblance to the Smith & Wesson or Dan Wesson Specialist bare stainless finish. Recommend any services in the area with a liveable turnaround time? Thanks boys. Kyle |

Dana was my first thought when I considered it, dude is the man. He doesn't mention bead blasting in his price book (or I at least couldn't find it). Flirting with a black cerakote job tho and if I go that route he's my first pick. |
