*EDIT* The issue has been resolved, I got it with some crafty dremel work.
I have an FK BRNO PSD pistol that I decided to finally throw an optic on. Upon my attempt at removing the screw and heating it up with a heat gun, the T8 torx bit I used spun around with practically zero effort on my part. The screw must be made of pot metal or something because it just straight up disintegrated with nothing but the power of my hands. I need a gunsmith to remove this screw for me without damaging the cover plate or losing the screw in the gun. The screw is about 5/64 and not very deep. I would attempt this myself but it appears to be something I would disastrously mess up and then have to pretty much buy a new gun since FK BRNO does not sell spare parts!
Happy to pay whatever gets me out of this situation. Located in Snohomish county, can meet practically anywhere.

5/64 is not what I consider extremely small. That might be an M2 (2mm) screw. I'd try a drill press (low speed, CCW) with 1/16 LH drill bit first.
