Yes, today was amazing! We really couldn't have asked for anything better -- the weather was great, the crowd was the right size, and all in all it was a fantastic day.
A number of huge thank-you shoutouts are in order for:
- Everyone who brought food! Chris, Lydia and Lucas, thank you for the traditional taco soup and the other food, that was awesome. - Everyone who donated to the free table and the raffle table. A special shout-out to Isildur, who donated a TON of stuff, and it was good stuff too. Thank you for your generosity! - Everyone who brought fun toys, and shared them. Highway gets the special shout-out here; you put smiles on a lot of faces today! But I want to include many others as well, it's an amazing opportunity to shoot guns that you wouldn't normally get a chance to, and all I saw was generosity and enthusiasm for letting others try the fun stuff! - Evergreen Sportsmen's Club, who lets us do this every year. It's a great venue!
I took a few pics and videos, so I'll share them here. BTW, all of the YouTube videos are "unlisted," which means that you can see them because you have the link, but they are not publicly searchable.

Yeah . . . it was like mash man was there in spirit.
Now on the other hand....That certain guy, with certain toy's, is certainly the Man. Watching that made me wish i was there today. I'm glad to hear it was a good time.
Well done

Big thank you to everyone who came out today! Great shooting, great food, great people! I can honestly say today today was a day I’ll never forget. Thank all of you for your generosity and hard work making this shoot possible!
Now that was a good time! This was my second year to attend and it's definitely now become something I don't wanna miss. I think my nephew had the most fun. He's on leave and it just happened to work out that he could join in the fun. I was so busy making sure he was having a good time and my kid's were having a good time that i didn't get a chance to shoot much. Maybe 2 mags in total. I'll have to remedy that next year.
Thanks to all of the organization and volunteers. Taco soup was fan-friggen-tastic!

It was very nice to get out there after 2 years. It was a great day and very much needed. Thank you to everybody who helped make this a success. I was able to shoot some guns I have had for a few years and never fired a round through them. Not all were good to go. I had a couple of malfunctions that I will fix at home. A perfect way to kick off the year and I can't wait until next year.
