man, what a day!! Had just shy of 60 people total. Great turnout! Looked like everybody had a good time, shot tons of rounds, filled their bellies and shared some stories.
I'll post up some photos here in a bit, just got home and unpacked... a strong glass of Whisky is calling my name....

Started my new year with a big one. Size does not matter, she said, as long as you suppress!

What an excellent way to kick off the new year! It was great seeing everyone who was able to make it to ESC today. The camaraderie was outstanding, the shooting was amazing, the Tanerite was ho hum and I was told the food was good too. ;) I could go on an on but I’ll close with a big Woot! for WaGuns. Thanks Dan and Steve for providing this venue for our community. Thanks to all the mods too! Happy New Year!

Normally this is where I post my video of the opening countown, the resulting volley and the dramatic Tannerite explosions. Well, this year was a little different. We had a mix of questionable marksmanship and questionable explosive target quality, and I stopped filming after a full minute of blasting with no audible results. Not long after that, redstar decided that enough was enough, grabbed a real rifle (Garand) and blew the central Tannerite target. So I won't post the video, since it will just bore you.

excellent smithers......another great time, fun to catch up with friends new and old. Love the event for many reasons but the less than vanilla toys yall bring are certainly a highlight and makes my pants tight.....a drum fed auto .22, .50 BMG and an M249 made this bitch a bit giggly. Thanks all

After a year off (2021, due to COVID drama), it was sure nice to be back out there today! Thanks to everyone who came out, and to everyone for sharing and pitching in -- whether it was bringing food, cooking food, sharing guns, donating items, or whatever. I don't think anyone really knew what to expect due to the weather, but it turned out to be a really great event. I didn't shoot much, but I did shoot a few rounds from some really interesting guns. Big thanks to redstar, das napeth and Sinus211 for sharing their toys with me.
