West Fork Tool can perform custom machining and complete small production run CNC projects. Our larger machine can handle stock up to 7' x 12' x 2' in size. We are located in Tumwater, WA., just down the street from South Puget Sound Community College.
**UPDATE** We now also have 3D printing services available! I can custom design items for you, or if you find a design and have the file(s), I can print them for you.
I have plenty of black filament and am ordering more colors. I am currently printing in PLA, but can also print jobs with other filaments on request.
If you have any questions or need a project completed, please feel free to reach out.
**UPDATE 3/1/23** We are upgrading the printer hot end to support additional filaments and capabilities. Let me know if you need something printed, or if you need some CNC machine work done.
Thanks!

I have a really stupid question... how are you with small-scale projects? (Both in parts quantity and size, and fine detail.) For example, I have a buddy who designs stereolithography/3d-print miniatures and models for wargaming where one of his large three-decker sailing ships without masts in 1/1000 scale is about the size of an adult finger with cannon barrels somewhere between a staple and paperclip, and while this is probably the kind of thing better suited to a home setup like a Creality or M3D system I have neither space nor skill to setup my own so I'm looking for someone who can plug-and-print my flashdrive of files, then either secure my files to be exclusive for my future use or purge them. (They're Non-Redistributable, license allows me to send them to a print shop but the printer has to either delete them afterward or make a note that they are not to be used for anyone else since it's a sub-assignment under my Personal Use Only license.)
At this point this is only a research project, budget and more Immediate Action projects like building the mag stash mean it's back-burnered.

I am running a Creality, and currently printing in PLA, but I can print in other materials as well.
For something like this, something I have not tried, best I can say is I can get some better suited filament and try printing you one. No worries on purging, or you can simply provide the file(s) on a MicroSD card and I can print and return the card with the model.
If you are interested, shoot me a PM and we can go from there.
Thank you!
Jim

Jim, I'll follow up later once I've got some of the six tons of crap on my To-Do List cleared. Right now all of my "projects and construction" bandwidth is going to "Beat The Ban Buzzer"...
Thanks!
