The top hook-thingy looks like maybe a latch hook for making rugs, or a horse's hoof cleaner-outer? It's also tickling a memory of a tool my grandfather used on hay bales to break the wire. You'd slide the end under the wire and spin it to wind the wire until it fatigued & broke.

1 is a tool for spinning wire to tie rebar together.

2 is a tool used to spread the coils of coil springs. (To be left in, to provide "lift")

3 can bite me. No idea what it is.

This is exactly what I was going to say. Except for 3 can blow me, not bite me

Is #3 some kind of giant nipple extractor?

#2 are props used by teenage magicians. You bust the hell out of your knuckles installing them in your coil springs. Then you drive around for awhile (especially off road) and Abra Cadabra they they magically disappear. A quick call to the premium auto supplier of the day, JC Whitney would make new ones appear. Fukin magic, i tell yA!

I'd never seen (or even heard of) those spring things.

I picked up a bucket of glue dowels, biscuits and plugs for woodworking projects... There was a small pail of these doodads mixed in. Some have a partial hole, some holes go through. Note the stepped ends.
#2 pencil included for scaling size.
I feel like I've seen them before but can't place. Chair parts?

Did we ascertain the purpose of #3 in your previous post? I suggested a nipple extractor (pipe threaded on both ends) Do we know what it was?

It doesn't show up well in the photos, but the three pieces that expand out when the threaded part is operated are surfaced with a stone... So I'm assuming a hone. Anybody seen something like it?
