lets work it this way nothing to the house, next valve at the holding tank doesn't work... do you have water in the holding tank? open that valve.. if so then yes your regulator is working. if no water then the regulator is shot giving you a false reading, make sure you turn elec off before you replace it and plumbing tape on hand. If everything is good then your pump in well is good, if no water in holding tank theres your problem, now back up to the vulvae that goes to the house, if no water is back flowing from the main house " hot water heater then there's the problem. "call before you dig" they will paint a line for you and see how far down your pipe is. sometime they can tell were your leak is too

As a person who uses locating services often, I’ll tell you that their ability to find a domestic water line unless made of radioactive metal or installed with a locator wire/tape is going to be a pointless exercise.

Bend two lengths of welding rod or clothes hangers and into "L" shapes.
Very very loosely hold one in each fist with the long length pointed straight ahead of you. As you walk the rods will swivel to cross each other when you are over the water line (or some other, larger water source)
Now you are "dousing"!
Try it; it's free and won't have wasted but a couple of minutes of your time if you can't get it to work. And you might even get those few minutes as a fun diversion from your travails.
*I've done it with success on a rusted leaky old galvanized water supply line. Don't know if a frozen pipe will perform similarly.

I manage and repair a public water system that feeds six residential homes. I’ve got a decent amount of experience in this area.
Is your system just a well pump (in ground) and a bladder? Or is it a underground pump feeding an above ground storage tank with a shallow well pressure pump and bladder feeding afterwards?

It's working, looks like the line was froze and the filters plugged up. Gauges after the filters was stuck saying it had normal pressure.
Now I need to figure where to get the old ao smith pump rebuilt so we have a spare.

Depending on how old your pump is you might be better to just buy new. U can but StaRite pumps on Amazon.

I would suggest replacing the cpvc piping, over time the glue joints get very brittle and can burst at any time. You could replace it with "pex" piping relativity inexpensive.
