So is there anything else that is needed? I was thinking of just grabbing a case of water and a bunch of donuts for people to snack on.

Request:
We need a few cans of Sterno canned heat. We can’t find any locally, sold out. It’s the 2.25 hr size. Does anyone have any that they could bring?

We're bringing a 3 burner Coleman, and have another 2 burner we can bring, does that help? I don't think we have any Sterno.

That may help if the temp can be kept low. It’s for the warming tray that we put the cooked burgers, etc .. in.

You can crank down the valves for the burners pretty tight for simmering stuff, I think it'll work, and it should hold one of your trays almost perfectly. I'll go fuel it up and bring it. The worst that happens is it goes for a ride tomorrow. I have a cast iron griddle that we could use as a heat diffuser under your tray that I can also bring if you think that might help.

Ok, sounds good David. I’ve got a cast iron griddle in the truck all ready. Good to go there. Thank you!
