I know this is a long shot! I'm looking for a 3x2x108" trailer tongue for my ez loader boat trailer. Metal shops want $450 for new one galvanized.

Find a steel yard in your area. You should be able to pick up a scrap of stainless steel tubeing. My trailers are just steel cause I dont keep them submerged.

Just get a steel one and paint it with zinc paint/primer.

There's a galvanizer in Arlington. Pretty cheap really. Just weld and drill whatever you need to do and drop it off, usually ready for pickup in about 3 days.
