I bought Mason a airline ticket so he can hunt the first week of deer season back in New York.

Well the end of my trip was welcomed due to the over abundance of walking rocky & slippery trail and standing in the current of the Mighty Kenia river. It seemed that very bone in my body was aching to reming me that I'm not the dapper young outdoorsman that I once was… :eek::eek::eek:
Then I got an alert from Alaska airlines… My flight was delayed not once but twice, then they changed the gate on me at the last minute and didn't touch down in Sleezattle till 2:30 am instead of midnight.
Thank the stars and moon that the wife got a room earlier, we crashed till 8:30 then was wide awake at 7am, got home at 1:30. Time for a well deserved nap.

I just bought a airline ticket to go back to New York the 1st week of October to do some squirrel hunting, set out some trail cams and do a couple of days work at an old dairy farm we deer hunt at.

Plus we will get a little fishing done.

Just made a list of things to take back to New York for hunting, I'll leave everything back there.
I'll be leaving late Monday night and get there early Tuesday morning.
I should be a couple of hours in the woods Tuesday afternoon.

We’re leaving early tomorrow for Alaska. Not hunting or fishing this time, helping the boy to pack up everything for 3 years of college in NC.

I'm sitting at SeaTac waiting for my flight to Shit town Shitcargo then onward to Syracuse New York.
Tomorrow afternoon will be beer time then get some squirrel hunting in on Wednesday.

We got out a couple of hours this morning to do some squirrel hunting, I seen eleven of them and scored on three.
We will hit it up again early tomorrow morning.
The leaves are mostly still green and thick.
On our travels getting other things done we have been seeing lots of deer and today we seen four small flocks of turkeys.
Ten to twelve in a flock.

It's been non stop since I got here, and will be until I leave to come back there.

I’m so jealous Patrick, I wanna hunt squirrel so bad with my new to me 20 gauge. Not very many around the woods near me and it’s frowned upon to zap em in the city parks.
Have fun filling the freezer this year.
