If the transfer is done before Inslee puts pen to paper, you're good. Online companies will likely not ship you your orders of parts on Monday once its done, and any lower or firearm ordered will never ship, let alone transfer before its law. Instant checks for stripped lowers and parts are all you have left at this late date.
