We've been using our air fryer for a while now. As a matter of fact, we have two (one is at the wife's daughters house because she watches our grandson and does a lot of cooking over there).

We've done all the usual suspects (French fries, chicken strips and nuggets, corn dogs, beer battered cod, etc...), and also tried grilled cheese (not recommended) and personal pan pizzas and even leftover slices.

Have fun experimenting with it...

So stoked to see this thread. Wife ordered a Secura brand off....Amazon I think for around $80. We love the damn thing! One of my favorite meals is deep fried catfish nuggets. Did them in the air dryer and I don't know that I can taste a difference. If there is, the air dryer is better because it's less greasy while just as crispy.

I’ve had one for two years and almost did wear it out making wings. I just got an upgraded one and use it usually for appetizer Friday’s.

We did 1/4 lb burgers on our XL Air Fryer last night. 400 degrees at 15 minutes and they came out awesome.

No flour, just seasoning (after rinsing and drying the chicken and spraying a light coat of cooking oil) for a carb free treat!

A tiny bit of oil, salt and pepper on the tiny little potatoes is great

What?! No bacon grease? Maryland fired chicken in bacon grease FTW!

I bought the Ninja Foodi with air fryer. We like it a lot. Still experimenting with different stuff so I don’t have any recipes to share, but I can say it’s a great way to cook. I have been trying to loose a couple pounds, so it’s nice to not fry things in oil.

It uses super heated air to "fry" the food. Kind of like a Convection Oven does.

A little spray of oil aids in crisping of the outer shell of the food.

Just talked to a friend about this last night at dinner. He wasn't too sure how it worked

Can you bread stuff like you can with a regular deep fryer? Like dip a twinkie in pancake batter and throw it in?
