Anybody use them? I like that I can control the temperature more accurately. As opposed to low/med/high, or numbers like 1-10 which means pretty much nothing. Plus the surface cools very quick.

Why reinvent the wheel? I Have yet to find any cookware that beats my 100 year old cast iron stuff along with a couple SS pieces.

Induction cooking doesn't heat up the kitchen?

I like cast iron too, but I hate cooking in 90 degree weather.

The cast iron stuff is great for the induction plates.

I love cooking in 90 degree weather. Ill be outside cooking like a mofo.

90 percent of the year its wet and moldy here, I cherish the days when its bright, hot and dry.

Plenty of time to spend in a box after I die. I try to stay out of my box as much as possible while Im upright.
