The picture isn't the best but it was really good. Salmon, baked potatoes with all the fixings, and creamed spinach.

4# of meat balls made today. We usually do 13-15# a few times a year(and freeze a bunch) but decided to do a small batch just for tonight and next week. More pictures coming.

Finally got around to trying Mad Scientist BBQ's chicken thighs. They're legit. Next day, I trimmed the bone out of a thigh, made some homemade mayo, spread the mayo and some santa maria seasoning on the burger bun and just sandwiched the entire thigh. Still legit. Salad was leaves from a box, with a vinegary, mustardy home made dressing.

Sous Vide some ribeyes, & other things, for our anniversary… Wifey made some reservations the other week at a place she knows I like, but we were busy doing Home Hospice for her Mom. Oh well… Good food, and a nephew is appearing on American Ninja tonight, so, weird Monday it is

Roasted a couple heads of garlic. Mashed them up into paste and folded the mess into some peasant bread dough (rye and whole wheat).
Really tasty!
