I have a tortilla press already, similar in function to the one you linked. The slow part of the process is cooking them.

I did try putting my tortilla press directly over my gas cooktop, and that kinda worked but it was messy.

Chud's tortilla press sure looks like it kicks ass. He does sell them, in theory, but not very often. The price is $200.

Oh, I forgot to add . . . .

Chris, your second link is for a quesadilla maker. I don't see any indication that it works for tortillas. However, I have seen some similar roti/tortilla makers out there, but the reviews are pretty checkered so I decided not to pursue any of them.

What's that? I'm guessing from the pic . . . poach an egg, add breading, then fry it up?

Made smoked ground beef pizza...........

Smoked ground beef - mix ground beef (20% fat, organic) with some olive oil and heavy amount of Italian spices (fennel, oregano, basil, black pepper, to taste with some pepper flakes and salt and some thyme and marjoram(light on these)) in 12" cast iron pan and place in smoker at 275°F until cooked. WOW tasty.

Wife made awesome crust

Oil base
Beef
Onions (very thin sweet yellow)
Green olives
Sunchola cherry tomatoes (pre roasted) (wow made the pizza!)
1/2 burrata cheese, rosemary
1/2 anchovy

I ate the other half for breakfast. So good.

I'm gonna dry cure some pork with lots of spices then smoke it a bit and use that for pizza next month.
