I just made this. Doubled the chicken, sauteed mushrooms, carrots and sugar pea pods. Best Asian stir fry I have ever made.

Moo Goo Gai Pan is my fav... you should try that next... Make sure to add some red pepper flake ;)

That looks great. You did use the 1/8 tsp of WHITE pepper, right? :bigsmile:

Ive made that before.
Unfortunately, I am the only one on the house who likes spicy. So, everything ends up tame.

Funny story about that. We moved recently and some spices are MIA, including white pepper. So, I went all multicultural and used some black pepper.

Haha . . . I still haven't had the heart to buy white pepper. I'll take some black flakes any day of the week!
