The up-side of having cooked an entire tongue sous-vide is that I can have lengua tacos whenever I want.
The down-side of having cooked an entire tongue sous-vide is that I can have lengua tacos whenever I want.

Meatloaf....in the Oven. Yellow and green peppers, onion, breadcrumbs and an egg with a bit of milk along with Meatloaf seasoning.

I like to use 80% burger so I don't put it in a pan that is tight. I want that grease to render out, I don't want the loaf to waller in it. I should have gotten a better pic, but you get the idea.

:thumbsup2:

Mexican Philly cheesesteaks

I hand sliced 4 partially frozen ribeyes. Marinated in cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar and avocado oil.

Sliced up poblano peppers, jalapeño, white onion.

Toasted bun.

Chipotle aioli.

Blackstone.

Wow.
